This Shipping Policy explains how Solara SNB LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed through https://bysolara.com (the “Site”).

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are:

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times will be displayed at checkout if applicable. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Solara SNB LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bysolara.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
